1. Agreement to Terms

JohnnyTube LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) reserves the right to update or modify the Course content at any time to maintain relevance and accuracy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and access this Course. By purchasing, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

We reserve the right to change prices or offer discounts at any time.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@johnnytubemail.com. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

6. Course Access and Lifetime Availability

Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the Course content, including any future updates.
“Lifetime” means for as long as the Course exists and is maintained by the Company. If the Course is discontinued, users will be given at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download key materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All Course materials, including videos, PDFs, and written content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course for your own educational purposes only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell the Course content

• Share login credentials or access with others

• Record, screenshot, or redistribute Course material

Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

8. No Earnings Guarantee

We make no guarantees or representations regarding your ability to earn income or achieve success using the information provided in this Course.

While we believe in the potential of AI tools like Google Nano Banana, your success depends entirely on your own skills, effort, dedication, and business decisions.

Results are not typical. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
